By accessing or using the FindBids Member Portal and its related services (“Services”) operated by SafeLab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at app.findbids.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
The Services include subscription-based access to procurement intelligence tools operated by Community Innovations Foundation, including: AI-powered government contract matching, AI-generated procurement newsletters, contract discovery and tracking, and related member portal features targeted at California government procurement opportunities. The specific features and scope of services available to you depend on your active subscription plan.
Access to the Services is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate associated with your chosen plan.
We may offer promotional discount codes from time to time. Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Each code is subject to its own expiration date, usage limits, and eligibility requirements as specified at the time of issuance. Discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable. Community Innovations Foundation reserves the right to modify or revoke discount codes at any time.
Certain services or onboarding scenarios may require a one-time setup fee in addition to the recurring subscription charge. Any applicable setup fee will be clearly communicated to you before it is charged. The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced.
Beyond the standard subscription plans, Community Innovations Foundation may provide custom software development, integration, consulting, or other professional services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any custom engagement will be agreed upon in writing between the client and Community Innovations Foundation prior to work commencing. Different services may incur different costs, and all custom arrangements are governed by the terms set out in the applicable statement of work or service agreement.
For subscription services, access to the Services is provided immediately upon successful payment. For custom or professional services, delivery timelines, milestones, and acceptance criteria will be as mutually agreed between the client and Community Innovations Foundation in writing. We are committed to clear communication throughout any engagement.
You agree not to:
